THE ROOF RECONSTRUCTION AND STABILIZATION OF THE BUILDING
The first and most important task in saving the manor was the roof reconstruction and rebuilding. Before 2007, the roof collapsed in one (northern) of its three tracts, causing free flow of natural phenomenons including water in the form of rain and snow to enter the building. Due to this came to partial destruction, causing the collapse of original renaissance vaults in the entire northern part of the manor, which were irretrievably lost.
Therefore, in order to save the building at all, we had to build a new roof. If we hadn't done so, maybe today the manor house would be a ruin without the possibility of returning to its original state.
The construction was carried out by Mr. Slavo Minár, professionally led and supervised by Mr. Ing. Martin Tibor Podstavek and Mr. Ing. Kralik. Only thanks to these three people the manor is today stabilized and saved for future generations. Thank you!
The new roof and other related work was covered fully through the owner's resources. No governmental organization supporting the cultural heritage did support this part of the project.
PREPARATORY WORK FOR FURTHER RECIONSTRUCTION WORKS 2016
Mr. Ing. Miroslav Matejka, in cooperation with Mgr. Tomáš Janura and mr. arch. Martin Bona carried out an additional architectural and historical research of the building in the years of 2016-2018. The result includes an historical research and archival historical research. Through this research we have learned new knowledge about the manor house and its former owners.
The result of the research is a proposal for the protection, restoration and presentation of the monument, this serves as an so called important cookbook on how to proceed with the restoration of the manor.
The research was carried out with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic Let's Renew Our House.

PREPARATORY WORK 2021
In order to accelerate the preparatory work for the restoration of the manor, we approached the renowned experts in the field of monument protection in Slovakia, the company Obnova, sro, led by Mr. Mgr. Michal Hrčka.
The task has been the preparation of:
- The preparatory documentation, construction-technical assessments, static assessment,
- Design of static security - project documentation,
- Update of the architectural project.
It seems that there will be slightly new view of the layout of the building and its use, but we will inform you in detail later.
The research was carried out with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic Let's Renew Our House.
RESCUE WORK 2022
In the summer of 2022, a smaller rescue activity is planned - the restoration and stabilization of the cornice around the perimeter of the manor. We will keep you informed about this project here on the website.
The works will be covered from the owner's resources, the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic (Let's Renew Our House) did not provide any support for this part of the project.
